Angus Fleming FCA |
| Angus Fleming qualified as an accountant with Binder Hamlyn. He subsequently ran a national sugar exporting business and foreign oil and sugar trading businesses. He managed the growth of a business information company before founding Fleming Lincoln in 1999. Angus has worked with a large number of companies across many sectors. His work has included enabling growth in developing companies and facilitating routes to investment and bank finance as well as providing business advice and financial direction, part-time executive management, strategic development and implementation. |

Calum Graham BSc MBA |
| Calum Graham ran several change management projects in a number of countries as an independent businessman before taking the MBA course at INSEAD in 1987 and pursuing a career in the City. He had a variety of roles in equity sales and equity capital markets with Sanford Bernstein, S.G. Warburg (UBS) and Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup). Since co-founding Fleming Lincoln in 1999, Calum has managed change in a number of medium sized companies and local subsidiaries of larger foreign companies - focusing on preparation for funding or sale and control structures in high growth businesses. He has a BSc in both Computer Science and Zoology from the University of Cape Town. |

Edward Verity |
| Edward was in marketing with Procter & Gamble for seven years at the headquarters in Switzerland and in the Middle East, and prior to that with Accenture in the strategic consulting division in London. Since 2000, Edward has worked in strategic development of SMEs with a particular focus on operations, marketing and sales functions and has a specialist interest in international business development. |
